Striped Bass / Bluefish Trips

This trip fishes for Bluefish and Striped bass off of Rockport, MA.

Each person can keep 2 Striped Bass 28" or over and 10 bluefish.
Rod, reels and bait are provided on all trips.
2-4 people are recommended. 6 people max not including crew.
4-6 hour trips are recommended.
This is our most popular trip.

Giant Bluefin Tuna:
(9 Hour Trip, 4 anglers max.)

The boat leaves the dock at 6AM and returns at approximately 3PM.
The speed of the Reel Deal along with our convenient location in Rockport, MA will have you spending much more time fishing and far less time under way to the best places to find small, medium and Giant Bluefin Tuna off of Cape Ann!

Who keeps the fish?
The Federal Regulations change frequently. As it stands now, the first Tuna determines which rules we go by (Angling Category vs. General Category). Under the Angling Category, you can keep one fish 27” – 47” in length and two fish 47” – 73” in length (this is total catch for the boat). If the first fish caught is over 73” inches in length, we would follow the General Category rules, the limit is three fish per day and you would not be able to keep the fish. In this case, the fish would be sold and we offer you the Head and Tail steaks along with a free trip for each fish.

Directions:

From Route 95 North in Massachusetts
Take 128 North through both Gloucester rotaries
Take a left at first set of lights onto Eastern Ave (route 127)
Continue for 3 miles into Rockport
At the 5-cornered intersection at bottom of a hill go straight through onto Broadway
Travel for half a mile to entrance of dock (at end of road, a mini light house will be in the road here)
Park on the right side of T-Wharf.

Rates:

9 hours:
leave dock at 6am: $985.00

6 hours:
leave dock at 7am: $685.00

4 hours:
leave dock at 4pm: $485.00
